Welcome! By working with me, you agree to the following terms. These are designed to ensure a smooth, transparent, and professional experience for both of us.
1. Services
I provide professional WordPress-related services including, but not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Website redesign and customization
- Bug fixing and troubleshooting
- Speed optimization and performance improvements
- Website migration and maintenance
- Basic SEO setup
Each project is tailored based on the client’s requirements and agreed scope.
2. Project Scope & Communication
Clear communication is key to success.
- All project requirements must be discussed and finalized before work begins
- Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require extra time and cost
- Communication will be handled via email, messaging platforms, or agreed channels
- Timely feedback from the client is essential to keep the project on schedule
3. Pricing & Payments
- Project pricing will be agreed upon before starting
- A deposit (usually 30%–50%) is required to begin work
- The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery or website transfer
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed
4. Revisions
- Reasonable revisions are included based on the initial agreement
- Major changes or new features requested after approval may be charged additionally
- I aim to ensure complete client satisfaction while maintaining project efficiency
5. Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines will be provided at the start of the project
- Delays in client feedback, content delivery, or approvals may extend the timeline
- I will always communicate any delays or changes in schedule in advance
6. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth project completion, the client agrees to:
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, login access, etc.) on time
- Ensure they have the rights to use any provided materials
- Review work and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe
7. Website Ownership & Handover
- Once full payment is completed, the client will have full ownership of the website
- Final files, access credentials, or website migration will be provided upon completion
- I may showcase the project in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise
8. Support & Maintenance
- Basic support may be provided for a limited time after delivery (if agreed)
- Ongoing maintenance or support services can be arranged separately
9. Limitation of Liability
- I am not responsible for any losses caused by third-party services, hosting issues, or client-side modifications
- While I strive for high-quality and secure work, no system can be guaranteed 100% error-free
10. Termination
- Either party may terminate the project with prior notice
- Work completed up to that point must be compensated accordingly
11. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes when applicable.
